Officer Killed In Off-Duty Crash Drove 111 MPH
POSTED: 8:53 am PDT October 3, 2007
MESA, Ariz. -- A Phoenix police officer who died in an off-duty crash in August
was driving at more than 110 mph when he lost control of his car and smashed
into an oncoming Jeep, killing that driver too, a report shows.
Officer Jonathan Stuart, 24, of Maricopa, was returning home from his shift when
he crashed north of Maricopa on Aug. 11, according to the Gila River Police
Department report. As he sped south on State Route 347, he lost control and his
Pontiac went airborne before smashing into the Jeep driven by fellow Maricopa
resident Mark J. Ream, 51.
The normal 65 mph speed limit on that stretch of roadway had been lowered to 45
mph at the time of the crash because of roadwork.
Witnesses estimated Stuart's speed at between 90 and 100 mph, but Gila River
officers determined Stuart was driving at 111 mph when he lost control.
The Gila River report also stated Stuart had been pulled over a week prior to
the accident for speeding. >> Stay informed about: ~~ Criminal Cop driving 111 MPH crashes and kills innocent.. |

Lemme guess, he showed his badge and got out of the ticket! It should
be a felony for a police officer or police officers wife /family to show
a badge to get out of something. >> Stay informed about: ~~ Criminal Cop driving 111 MPH crashes and kills innocent.. |

LOL..... I don't think so in this case. Re-read the post,
especially the part that stated the officer was killed in the crash.
I don't think he got out of THIS one penalty free. >> Stay informed about: ~~ Criminal Cop driving 111 MPH crashes and kills innocent.. |

I think I would be slightly pissed off if this "cop" ever pulled me over and
gave me a speeding ticket. Or I would blame it on karma...

But how many speeding tickets did this cop write before he finally offed
himself demonstrating his professional cop-school learned driving skills
that put him above the law he taxed others for breaking? >> Stay informed about: ~~ Criminal Cop driving 111 MPH crashes and kills innocent.. |

Huh? What does *that* matter? You think that the speeders he caught should
be let off Scot-free because the idiot cop eventually killed himself
speeding? (And while we're at it, maybe we should let convicted killers out
of prison if it can be proven that their defense attorneys cheated on their
wives?)
The fact that the cop himself broke the law has exactly *zero* effect on the
question of whether or not the drivers he ticketed were guilty. >> Stay informed about: ~~ Criminal Cop driving 111 MPH crashes and kills innocent.. |

What does it matter? Maybe you enjoy the government's absurd laws and
being subjected to its jack booted thugs and theft, I don't.

Got any more strawmen to build?

Guess you do have more strawmen to build. This cop probably gave many a
lecture about the evils 'speeding' to motorists who had done nothing
wrong, and hadn't driven the least bit unsafely.
I am simply pointing out the hyprocisy of an empire where people are
ruled over. You might excuse the rulers and their thugs, I refuse to. You
might think that we are all just supposed to obey the rulers and their
thugs, but I see the empire for what it is. >> Stay informed about: ~~ Criminal Cop driving 111 MPH crashes and kills innocent.. |

Maybe that's because you're an idiot. There's no such thing as a country
where there are *no* arbitrary laws and there are no "jackbooted thugs"
around to enforce them. It's how human societies are constructed. Period.

I asked you a question, idiot, and you ducked the answer. What effect did
the cop's personal speeding record have on the speeders he busted?
The answer, in case you're too dense to understand it, is, once again,
*zero*.

How do cops ticket speeders? By speeding. But they (the cops) should
speed since it is so dangerous? Well they are trained at such a high
degree that it is not dangerous. <---- proves this to be a falacy. >> Stay informed about: ~~ Criminal Cop driving 111 MPH crashes and kills innocent.. |

Ahh... you think that it's natural to be enslaved by a ruling class. No,
that's not natural. You're only too intellectually, emotionally, and
physically weak to consider something else. And BTW, you're wrong. The
Xeer is a system by which there is no government at all. Rulers and
thuggery is not by any means a natural state of being. It is only
commonplace because people choose to remain weak and ignorant and give
in.
http://www.mises.org/story/2701 If you're clueless to what the Xeer is.

Fucktard, your question is not relevant. It is of this nature: "When did
you stop beating the shit out of your wife?"
> The answer, in case you're too dense to understand it, is, once again,
> *zero*.
No fucktard, it is you that is too dense, too stupid, too ignorant to
understand anything but arbitary rule with force. You're like an animal,
or a compliant slave you can't grasp anything beyond following the
master's orders or being beaten.
This man drove unsafely and killed others. Meanwhile as a ruler's thug he
went out punishing people who were driving safely and never killed or
even put others in danger for exceeding a number posted on the sign. It
means that the rulers and their privileged thugs are simply full of shit.
You, with your little mind can't handle that so you go back into your
mode of 'must obey the rulers' or 'else'.
In a free society, the law must make sense, the law must be followed by
those in government and in its employ. Free societies are fundamentally
different than top-down command-and-control societies. We are supposed to
be in a free one despite your love of the later.
