I created this group about a year ago for my riding buddies, but they are
all lame and didn't ride much this year. If anyone here wants to use it Ill
make a message board for your group as well,

Got to race the 05 CRF this weekend. Went to Texas for the 2 day
Boondockers race. The weather was very wet, as was the course. The first
day was marred by a nasty bottle necked valley.

The course was lots and lots of sand that has lots and lots and lots of
whoops. Some tight stuff but not a lot.

The bike was awsome!!! It ate up the whoops. If I screwed up in the
sand it took nothing to get the bike moving again, just twist the right
hand. The suspension was nice in the rough stuff and the power is nice down
low and will take me way faster than I would ever need to go in the woods.
In the muddy sections I was able to keep the bike moving forward and never
did have the rearend come around on me.

I did kill it a few times and it would take a few kicks to get it refired.

So to end I would say I'm very happy with the bike!!!!!!!!!

That's okay I enjoyed reading it just the same. Congrats on the new bike
too! When Keith and I were in CO this summer we saw a jillion CRFs up there.
How does that thing handle in the rocks?
