Ok, lets see if this newsgroup is can deliver an answer for my question.

Fell in love in and bought a 750 super sport from 2003 a month ago. I heard
that it is possible to change the chip with a chip from a Monster and get
some more power out of the SS. Is this possible? Of which Monster model will
the chip do this trick on the 750 SS?

All the best

Ducati 750 Super Sport
Yamaha 600 XJ Diversion (Seca)

The chip from a S4 Monster around 2004/2005 will definitely improve the
performance of your SS

Just be sure to fit the motor from the S4 as well when you replace the chip

99 honda vtr 1000 vs 00 ducait 900ss? - Hello, at the risk of touching off a flame war. What would your opinion be as to which is the better buy: a 99 Honda VTR-1000 for $5000 or a 00 Ducati 900ss for $6000. Both have around 6K miles. I've ridden a VTR before but not a 900ss. From what..
