I just had some leftover shrimp fried rice for lunch (and two cups of
coffee).

I was reading the interesting threads about politics and stuff and posting
and eating at the same time. Then I kinda got to wondering, Exacty what
kind of shelf-life does shrimp fried rice have? This shit has been around
a while... There wasn't much else in the fridge at home other than earth
worms (for the turtle) and 1/2 can of cat food.

Clearly, as far too many posts from (me) today indicate, things are quiet
here in my world today. Should I tell someone in the office that I ate this
stuff, or check in later... or what...? Will you guys recognize incoherent
"bad shrimp fried rice" induced posts and take appropriate action?

Kurt

If the shrimp is slimy enough to slide down your throat without you
having to swallow it beforehand - it likely was too old.

Don't worry. If you spout off with something coherent, we'll all know
that it must have been something you ate.

Aside from how long you've had possession of it...how long do you think its
been since these shrimp have seen the ocean?

Good question.

I'm wondering now if it was indeed shrimp fried rice in the first place...
It was in close proximity to the cat food. Hope the cat is okay.
