Later in the year I am thinking of going for some riding lessons. I have
never ridden a bike before but want to give it a go:-)
Would it be an idea to buy my own 250 or learn then buy?

learn first
do a course at some of the accredited learning areas in your state then
you will get a better idea if you want to ride.
If you have a mate with a trailie then see if u can get a ride in a
paddock.
No good you buying a bike first then realising it's not for you.

Nope everybody I seem to know has cars but there is one guy.... he is too
fast on his bike to ask;-)

I think I will like it just by visualizing a ride:-) sounds funny but when
