I propose that We[1] take a ride out to either Honeysuckle Creek or
Orroral Valley on Sunday 27 January 2008, and have a BBQ lunch there.
We can adjourn to my urban residence[2] afterwards for drinks and/or
an evening meal if required.
(Honeysuckle Creeak and Orroral Valley are former NASA satellite
tracking stations, which were decommissioned and demolished in the
early 1980s. They've both become nice parks with electric BBQ
facilities, and the roads leading to them are interesting twisty paths
through Namadgi national park.)
I'm suggesting Sunday because the public holiday holiday is on Monday
28th, which will give any out-of-town folk who want to attend a better
chance of making it. There's plenty of room at the aforementioned
urban residence[2] if anyone wants to stay overnight.
Any takers?

Well seeing as I'll be finding myself in Canberra that Sunday morning, I
could come along, but alas you're heading in the wrong direction, I need
to be in Nowra by early afternoon that day, so I'll be heading down the
Kings Hwy.
Have fun without me though

Nope, I'll be on the bike, so carrying a beat up treadly isn't on the
