I've been riding for a few years now, would like to know if the course/
class is good. I'm sure I've gotten many bad habits over the years and
I'd like to break them. Any helpful input appreciated? Thanks

Personally, I learned more from the basic course. However, the advanced one
you ride on your own bike, which is nice.

if you haven't done the basic, you might consider that. it IS more
expensive, and more time....but still, cheaper than an ambulance ride.
