I had the same problem on my 860 GTS Bevel.
I put it down to poor compression and bad riding technique.
I was always heavy on the gas - and pushing the engine hard, getting my
cheap thrills aroound town, so to speak..
So I was always accelerating (rich mixture)
Yes it has acellerator pumps on the delortos also - so squirting lots of
juice into the pots frequently as well
- so the end result was it alwayss ran rich
So maybe your compression?? its pulling a lot of weight there....A
slight reduction in compresion MAY case that throtttle to be open futher
than normal
