What yr engines will bolt in without too much hassle?
I assume 80-83 should be ok?
And yes I'm a newbie (to 'wings anyways..) ;^)

Just so you know. Gold Wing Road Riders Association (www.gwrra.org). Has a
"Special Interest Group" (SIG) for clasic Gold wings (4 Cyl.)

A membership to GWRRA is well worth the price if you own a Classic.

I own a '78 and have been very amazed that the amount of
information/expertese you can find there.

If you do decide to join give me an e-mail as I would be glad to act as a
refferal to your membership.
