We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Andy Bonwick <nospam.RemoveThis@bonwick.me.uk>
saying something like:

I'd heed this...
" NEVER PLACE THE BRUBOX CLOSE TO ITEMS OF VALUE. BRUPAKS CANNOT BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE"
for when you're drinking it.

Cool, I'll show you mine if you show me yours. I have a batch on right
now that's about 2 days from bottling.

Bear in mind that for them to taste any good you have to leave them for
at least 3 months otherwise there's no point buying the premium kits,
you may as well drink the cheap stuff and drink it as soon as it's
settled because it'll taste the same.

I'm not sure if it'd travel well enough to have a beer tasting session

I really wouldn't want to gauge the authenticity of the brew after only
a couple of months in the bottle either and as you say, shaking it up
just after it's started to properly settle wouldn't do it any favours,
either. I propose a get-together when the days are longer and the garden
warmer.
