Wow. I always thought Harlie was an overpriced American POS but today
I was at a light and saw one of them V-Rod's in a pretty red color.
I admired the gleam of the chrome, performance tuned V4 with it's
roarty off beat idle and just had to ask the owner how much he paid
for all that goodness. He said about $7,200 and my jaw dropped. That's
one hell of a deal for such a sweet ride.
Thing is though it didn't say Harlie anywhere. I guess it must be a
special edition or something cause all I saw was "Magna" printed on
the tank. >> Stay informed about: The $7,000 V-Rod! |

The judges studied the post and, and ----- yes, we have a 9, a 8 and the
judge from France give it an whopping 10.
A average of 9 for stinky bait score, well done.

I don't think its a troll, or bait.
I think he's making an exceptional point.
For 10K less than a Vrod, you get a better bike.
Too bad they stopped producing the Magna.

Don, what the heck were you thinking?! That maggot is nothing but
coagulated vaginal vomit that happened to survive the rusty coat hanger.
He lives for this shit (till karma finally kicks in), and doesn't even
deserve a score--let alone a 9 or 10!
But I don't mean that in a bad kinda way.

We been giving scores to trolls for years.
That one was well thought out with a good punch line but it was still troll
stool bait.
There has been open debate that the better the bait, the lower the score but
I like using the upper numbers for bait that is new and crisp.
Anybody can post old bait.
Oh crap, got to go, I am holding my 5 week old grand daughter and she just
threw up on me and shit is flowing from under her diaper into my lap.
Where is moma when you need her. Maybe I take her on a Harley ride so it
will at least be dry, later.

I didn't even read his post--considering the source-- but I did read
your reply. The "source" was what I was really referring to. He is one
of a few morons from reeky that occasionally acquire a compulsive
neurotic need to spew cross-posted crap into here. I now prefer to laugh
at him, not with him (and I don't even hafta read his crap!). But maybe
you know more about it than I do.

Better is in the eye of the beholder. The Honda is down about 25 HP
from the Harley. Some people don't like fake plastic-colored chrome.
Some people (me) don't even like plastic anywhere on their bikes. Some
folks put a high value on paint. Although Honda has nice paint, if you
looked at both bikes side by side, there is no denying how nice the
paint on a Harley is. You simply will not see 'orange peel' in a Harley
paint job. Look closely at any mass-produced bike/car paint job made
today. Harley beats 'em all. Some folks put value elsewhere that's okay
too. If a bike makes you smile, then it doesn't matter what I, or some
6'6" dick from NY thinks about it.
>Too bad they stopped producing the Magna.
I agree. Nice bikes. I've only ridden one once about 8 yrs. ago, and
for a much too short a ride. Course, I've never had a bad ride on any
motorcycle. Still have yet to try a V-Rod. I'm sure it'd be nice too. >> Stay informed about: The $7,000 V-Rod! |
